The pretreatment unit is fundamental. Through processes such as degreasing, acid washing, phosphating, and water washing, it thoroughly removes oil stains, rust, and impurities from the workpiece surface, significantly enhancing the adhesion of the coating.

he powder coating unit is the core execution module, equipped with electrostatic spray guns and powder supply systems. It uses the principle of electrostatic adhesion to evenly coat the workpiece surface with powder.

The curing unit uses a high-temperature oven to maintain a temperature of 180-200°C, allowing the powder to melt and crosslink, thereby forming a dense and wear-resistant coating.

The conveying unit connects various processes to achieve automated continuous production through overhead chains or belts, helping enterprises improve coating efficiency and product consistency.
