Cabinet powder coating line application case

A certain enterprise has introduced an automatic cabinet powder coating line, achieving integrated operations from coating.

The production line is equipped with a multi-station spray pretreatment system tailored to the characteristics of cabinet body panels. Through degreasing, phosphating, and drying processes, it thoroughly removes oil stains and oxide layers from the panels, ensuring strong adhesion of the coating.

The spraying process uses a reciprocating electrostatic spray gun to accurately cover complex areas such as cabinet edges and grooves, forming a uniform powder coating. It is paired with a high-temperature curing furnace (with constant temperature of 200°C) to cure the coating through cross-linking, meeting performance standards for high wear resistance and scratch resistance.

This production line has a powder recovery rate of over 98.9%, no VOC emissions, a 40% increase in production capacity, and a coating color difference rate of less than 1% for finished cabinet bodies, which has won the favor of domestic and international orders.
