Q: What pretreatment processes does the automatic powder coating line adopt?

A: We mainly provide two pretreatment systems: spray type and dip type.

The process can be customized with 3 to 9 stages, including degreasing, water rinsing, surface conditioning, phosphating/passivation, and final pure water rinsing.

Spray type: suitable for mass production of small and medium workpieces, with lower investment and less chemical consumption.

Dip type: suitable for workpieces with complex structures, deep holes and heavy oil contamination, delivering more uniform treatment.

Pretreatment ensures powder adhesion and improves the salt spray resistance of the finished coating.
