Vietnam powder coating line was put into production

Recently, a powder coating line in Vietnam was successfully put into operation, injecting new green and efficient momentum into the local manufacturing industry.

The production line focuses on environmental protection and precise coating needs, and the full set of processes is in line with international standards and suitable for multi-field workpiece processing.

The production line adopts the core technology of electrostatic spraying, with a complete pretreatment system and temperature-controlled curing furnace to automate the whole process of degreasing and spraying.

Its solvent-free emission characteristics are in line with Vietnam’s environmental protection policy, and the coating adhesion and wear resistance and corrosion resistance meet the standards, which can meet the surface treatment needs of local and export products.

The commissioning of the project not only fills the gap in regional high-end spraying capacity, but also drives the coordinated development of upstream and downstream supporting industries, providing practical solutions for the upgrading of Vietnam’s manufacturing industry.
