When the powder coating is sprayed from the spray gun, the powder particles are charged when they come into contact with the spray gun head. Under the action of the electric field force, the charged powder particles quickly move to the surface of the workpiece with the opposite charge and adsorb on the surface of the workpiece to form a uniform layer of powder coating. Subsequently, the workpiece adsorbed with the powder coating is sent to the curing furnace. Under high temperature (generally between 180-220℃, depending on the type of powder coating), the powder particles melt, level, and solidify, and finally form a hard and dense coating on the surface of the workpiece, achieving the protection and decorative effect of the workpiece.
