The powder coating line uses the principle of electrostatic adsorption to make the powder coating carry a negative charge under the action of a high-voltage electrostatic field, while the workpiece to be coated is grounded to form a positive potential, so that the powder coating will be adsorbed onto the surface of the workpiece.

When the powder adheres to a certain thickness, it no longer continues to adsorb due to same-sex repulsion, resulting in a uniform thickness of the powder layer in each part.
After high-temperature baking, the powder coating melts, flattens, and solidifies, forming a hard, smooth, and uniform coating.
