Installation of the newly customized power-and-free automatic coating line is fully underway on site. Engineers and construction teams work in coordination, with track supports, pretreatment sections, powder coating booths and curing oven main bodies being put in place step by step. All construction procedures progress simultaneously in good order.

Equipped with an intelligent power-and-free conveying system, this production line enables vertical workpiece storage and flexible buffer operation, greatly boosting plant space utilization and balancing production tact time. Fitted with intelligent temperature control and powder recovery units across the whole line, it delivers uniform coating without color difference. Balancing high-efficiency production with energy conservation and environmental protection, it supports mixed processing of workpieces in various specifications.
