1、Surface preparation: The objects to be coated are first cleaned and pretreated to remove any contaminants, rust, or old paint. This step is crucial for ensuring good adhesion of the powder coating .

2、Powder application: The pretreated objects are then moved into the powder coating booth, where the powder is sprayed onto the surface using powder spray guns. The electrostatic charge on the powder particles helps them to adhere to the grounded object .

3、Curing: After powder application, the coated objects are transferred to the curing oven. The oven heats the powder to a specific temperature for a certain period of time, causing the powder to melt and fuse together, forming a continuous and durable coating .

4、Cooling and inspection: Once the curing process is complete, the objects are cooled down and inspected for any defects or imperfections in the coating. Any necessary touch-ups or rework can be done at this stage .

5、Packaging and shipping: The finished, coated objects are then packaged and prepared for shipping to the end-user or for further assembly in a manufacturing process .
