Integrated with complete processes of chemical pretreatment, moisture drying, electrostatic powder spraying, high-temperature curing and cooling, the production line adopts PLC intelligent control to realize unmanned continuous operation, perfectly matching the surface treatment demands of air conditioner components.

At present, Our professional technical team is conducting joint line testing, process parameter calibration and trial production verification. We have optimized the technical parameters adaptively to suit Russia’s local low temperature and high humidity climate conditions.
