Feeding: 
by manual/automatic feeder;
Pretreatment: 
The surface meets the standard of "no oil, no rust, and dryness";
Powder spraying: 
The automatic spray gun sprays powder around the workpiece in multiple 
directions, and electrostatic adsorption forms a uniform powder coating.
Curing: 
Heat at 180-220°C for 15-20min, powder melt cures into a dense coating;
Cooling: 
The workpiece is output from the curing furnace and cooled down to normal 
temperature through the cooling section.
Testing and blanking: 
After the quality of the coating is qualified, it is unloaded through the 
blanking section to complete the spraying.
