Recently, the fully automatic wire mesh coating line customized for the customer has completed all installation and commissioning procedures and been officially put into mass production with stable and sound overall operation.

The whole line is equipped with an integrated intelligent control system, which enables precise parameter control over processes including pre-treatment washing, electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing. The intelligent spraying system is applicable to the processing of various guardrail meshes and metal wire panels, delivering even and smooth coating layers while eliminating common defects such as powder accumulation on mesh holes and partial missing spraying, thus greatly raising the finished product yield rate. Matched with an efficient powder recovery system, the utilization rate of powder is greatly improved to effectively cut raw material costs, and the thickened insulated drying oven reduces long-term production energy consumption.

All process indicators met standards during the trial production period, with production capacity steadily growing. Our technical staff stayed on-site throughout the commissioning to promptly tackle all kinds of production issues. This stably operating coating line helps the customer greatly boost processing efficiency, unify the surface quality of products and strengthen the delivery capacity for bulk orders, laying a solid hardware foundation for the enterprise’s long-term stable production.
