Prozesuaren hautsa estaldura-lerroa:The Hauts estaldura linea is an environmentally friendly and efficient surface treatment process, with a simple and precise core process.

The first is pre-treatment, the workpiece is degreased, rusted, phosphating or passivated to remove surface impurities and form a conversion film to improve the adhesion of the coating, which is the key to quality.

Then the workpiece enters the spraying room, and the powder particles are electrified by the electrostatic spray gun, which is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the grounded workpiece to achieve all-round coverage.

The sprayed workpiece is sent to a curing oven and kept warm at 180-220°C for 10-30 minutes, while the powder melts, mailak, and solidifies into a film.

Finally, it is cooled, inspected and trimmed to remove excess coating to ensure a smooth and blemish-free surface of the workpiece. The whole process is solvent-free and environmentally friendly, and the coating is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
