A: A complete powder coating line consists of seven core equipment units covering the entire coating process with clear functional divisions:

1. Conveying Equipment: Overhead hanging conveyor chain, which realizes automatic full-process circulation of workpieces for continuous production.
   
2. Pre-treatment Equipment: Spray/immersion treatment tanks to degrease, rinse, derust, phosphating/passivate workpieces, eliminate surface contaminants and improve coating adhesion.
   
3. Pre-drying Equipment: Pre-treatment drying oven, used to evaporate moisture on workpiece surfaces and prevent coating bubbling and powder shedding.
   
4. Coating Equipment: Powder spray booth, automatic & manual electrostatic powder spray guns, and powder supply system for electrostatic powder coating operations on workpieces.
   
5. Powder Recovery Equipment: Large cyclone separator plus filter cartridge recovery unit, which recycles excess powder for reuse to cut consumable costs and achieve dust-free environmental operation.
   
6. Curing Equipment: Curing oven (electric, gas-fired or hot air circulation type). It cures powder coatings at high temperature to harden the coating layer for firmness and durability.
   
7. Supporting Electrical Control Auxiliary Equipment: PLC electrical control system, temperature control system, dust removal environmental protection system and fault alarm system. They govern the operation of the whole line to ensure stable equipment performance and compliant production.
