The automatic coating line for energy storage cabinets contracted by China Xinyue Coating has entered the production phase.

Energy storage cabinets require coatings with excellent anti-corrosion, weather resistance and insulation properties. Equipped with a high-efficiency cyclone powder recovery system, intelligent electrostatic spraying units and insulated curing ovens, this line features high powder utilization and uniform coating thickness that meets protection standards of the energy storage industry.

The overhead conveyor enables continuous production of cabinets in various sizes and reduces workpiece scratches. Closed-loop treatment of dust and waste gas complies with environmental regulations.
