Produktionslinje for pulverlakering sendt til Hviderusland!

For nylig, a set of air conditioning shell pulverlakeringslinje tailored for Belarusian customers was loaded and shipped to the destination.

The production line integrates core processes such as automatic pretreatment, electrostatic powder coating, and constant temperature curing, which can realize the automatic processing of the whole process of the air conditioning shell from the substrate to the finished product, with a spraying accuracy of ±0.02mm and a coating adhesion level of the first-class standard.

The production line adopts a modular design and adapts to the spatial layout of the local factory in Belarus, which will help local air conditioning manufacturers improve production capacity and product quality and shorten the production cycle after it is put into operation.

This equipment export is also another practice of industrial cooperation between our country’s high-end equipment manufacturing and countries along the “Belt and Road”, laying the foundation for the two sides to deepen cooperation in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
