The complete production line is specially designed for local building profiles. Its insulated curing oven is upgraded to adapt to frigid climates, featuring stable temperature control. The finished coating withstands low temperatures and UV radiation, ideal for long-term outdoor application in northern regions.

Equipped with an automatic electrostatic spraying system and large cyclone powder recovery unit, it delivers even powder deposition and cuts material consumption. The assembly line ensures stable continuous output with an easy-to-operate electric control system. All equipment has passed multiple quality inspections and undergone reinforced packaging, with dedicated trucks arranged for intact transportation.
